Jerry Stephen Ice

Jerry Ice was born in Hymera, Indiana where he went on to serve six years in the Indiana Army National Guard during the Vietnam War, earned his MBA in Business Administration from Indiana State University in Terre Haute.
He had a successful career in several fields serving as Co-Chair for the Marketing Research Association, Burke Institute - Certified Focus Group Moderator, President of Indianapolis Chapter of the American Marketing Association(AMA).
His career highlights extend to Executive Director for High Tech Market Research in Sunnyvale, CA and NYC with offices around the globe. The last twenty years of his business pursuits were spent as EVP of Concord/Vantiv. Upon entering his retirement, Ice began the research for what would turn into the award-winning screenplay about his great, great, great grandfather, INDIAN BILLY ICE.
Jerry Ice's love of history began in fourth grade with the television program, "You Are There" with Walter Cronkite. While an undergraduate, he fostered his passion for history by continuing to study both American History and Art History while he majored in Business. As a Senior Member (SAR) Sons of the American Revolutionary, Jerry felt compelled to tell the incredible story of his ancestor William Galloway "Indian Billy" Ice who he discovered during his retirement.
His first screenplay, INDIAN BILLY ICE has gone on to win numerous awards. Ice continues to live in Indiana with his wife of fifty years and is already gathering research for his next screenplay.
Noted historian, Hu Maxwell, said of Billy "a hero equal to or greater than any, a great American pioneer and patriot fighting in every war during his life time."
